School Events & Tickets

Welcome to the Garden House School PA Events page, your central place for information on upcoming Parents’ Association events throughout the school year.

From much-loved annual occasions to social evenings for parents, there is always something happening within the Garden House community. Events may include the Royal Hospital Wren Carol Service, Quiz Night, Cocktail Night, Summer Fair and other special events organised by the PA. When tickets are available, the relevant event will appear on the homepage, making it easy to find information and book your place.

Parents will be notified when tickets for a particular event are launched through the PA Newsletter and/or via their Class Representatives. We recommend keeping an eye on these channels, as some events can be very popular and tickets may be limited.

To ensure the booking process is fair to everyone, tickets are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Where possible, we will operate a waiting list for sold-out events. This allows us to reallocate tickets that are returned or become available. However, a waiting list may not always be possible, depending on the event and ticketing arrangements.

Please note that, in general, tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to attend, we may be able to help reallocate your ticket if a waiting list is operating, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Most importantly, every ticket purchased helps support the work of the Garden House School Parents’ Association and the charities it supports. Where a ticket cannot be used or refunded, any proceeds will still go towards our PA charities and community initiatives. Thank you for supporting the PA and helping us make these events possible.
